Carn Wheelers were among a strong group of riders today, with Eunan McAleese also in the break but he unfortunately got sent the wrong way by the marshals and got swallowed back into the main group. Marc Heaney and Nikki Gormley also had mechanicals, but it was a great day out for the club, with a stop off in the Ponda Rosa on the way home to quench the thirst.

Good result for Johnny as part of the Irish National league series this year against the top riders in the country. Marc Heaney also competed today but was involved in a clash of handle bars near the finish.
