Marc Heaney in Cycling Ireland Performance Team

Cycling Ireland's Talent Team for 2015 was recently announced and included Carn Wheelers young superstar Marc Heaney.  This new team is unique as both girls and boys were named as members of the same team under the direction of coaches Nicola McKiverigan and Martin O' Loughlin.  The team was officially unveiled today at Dunboyne Castle in Dublin.

Marc will be part of the Junior Development Squad along with,

Ciara Doogan,

Jake Gray,

Conor McCann,

Dion McCarthy,

Shenna McKiverigan and

Adam Stenson.  

These young riders will use this opportunity to advance their skills on the international stage.  Marc has had a fantastic year and we are excited to see him progress further in 2015 under the coaching and help from Cycling Ireland .
