New start time for the Sunday Cycle

From this Sunday onwards, there will only be one Sunday Leisure Cycle group, ie, the 8am group will merge with the In-betweeners.  This single group will leave the Rec at 9am.
The emphasis will be on Leisure and craic, and the tempo  of the ride will be set by the group as a whole.

So come along and enjoy the morning cycle.  Take a few quid with you as there might be a chance of a coffee/ice cream stop.
