This weekend saw the Carn Wheelers race team travel across the north again in the pursuit of glory. Ali Gribbon enjoyed more spoils after last weeks victory at the PJ Logan Memorial Race and his subsequent upgrade to A3 the newest weapon in the green and black arsenal took 4th in a sprint finish at the Beggs and McGreevey Memorial race in county Down on saturday. On Sunday Marc Heaney one of the most exciting up and coming riders in the country took to the asphalt at the Aghagallon Cup in Bartins Bay. The Clann Eireann promoted race is always a great window on the condition of youth racing in the country and this year did not disappoint. Marc rode strongly throughout and managed to avoid a crash coming home with a very well deserved 4th place. Well done men.
