Shea Gribbon takes his first win

Shea Gribbon takes our first win of the season and his first ever victory today in a sprint finish at Newry Wheelers - A4 John Haldane Memorial race.
Great result for his second race of the season, hopefully more to come!Im maybe being a little modest here, but its me (Shea) who is PR and currently writing this post.
It was a tough race, a lot of rain and very windy, Nigel Gibson was also in the A4 race finishing in the Bunch. Johnny Taylor was the only Carn man in the A1 today also finishing in the bunch.
Also on Sunday was the first round of the Xmtb Spring Series, which took place in Ormeau Park. A wet and mucky day it was but the Carn Crew picked some great podiums. Dean Lochart won the B race, Ryan Skelly finished second in the U14’s and Darcey and Travis Harkness both winning their age category too!! Great work everyone and a very positive start to the racing season.
