Wishing Cathal, Stephen and all involved in the crash at Bann Valley a speedy recovery.

Sat in A&E till 1am this morning... Grade I dislocation of my left shoulder.  Nothing too major... Hopefully be back on the bike soon.

Unfortunatley Colin Scullion of Ballymena wasn't so lucky.... Collarbone was a complete mess.

Good luck with the interclub race.

Just thought I'd comment on the performance of you fellas at Carn Wheelers with reference to the Bann Valley race on Tuesday night.

Some strong strong riding at the front all night.... Hats off to Ryan Walsh for his gutsy jump up the road as we turned on to the home straight.

You lads were certainly out in force and it's a credit to your club how you all seem to work together.

Looking forward to Bann Wheelers interclub on Tuesday night.... Keep an eye out for the Thompson Sprint Family!!

Well done again lads.
