Hi all, great training ride today. I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone that helped me get round! Oh and because I had such a bad day and several problems there is just far to many people to thank, so thanks to all who was out!!!!!!

Just a short note to point out the great sportsmanship shown by young Sarah Elder at the Ulster Cyclocross in Larne at the weekend.
Her first thought after crossing the line was to shake hands with her competitors in the girl's race. She's a credit to your club.
